Curved bit to reduce the “nutcracker” action and to alleviate pressure on the tongue and bars of the mouth. Prevents contact with the roof of the horses mouth. The arms of the Baucher and the fixed rings act to stabilize the bit and work in a very similar way to an eggbutt snaffle, offering a consistent contact and preventing the bit from sliding through the horses mouth. Ideal for horses that tolerate very little bit movement in their mouths.
